Happy Friday <3

Where did February go??? I mean I know I was sick for all of it so that’s part of the blur but seriously!

We have EIGHT days left. 

Here on the prairie we had almost of a full week of fifty degree plus days. Some had sun, some were overcast, but the warmth was enough to give us all a good case of Spring Fever. 

I took down the last of the “winter” trim and it’s piled on the ping pong table with the rest of Christmas. The plan is to put it all away this weekend and dig out some bunnies and spring flowers. 

We have our Irish blessing hanging in the entry way, a few shamrocks scattered around and a wreath on the front door that is encircled with beautiful Easter eggs. I am committed, even though I am still bracing for one last snow event. 

It feels good to have some energy back. I have talked to quite a few people who either weathered a bout with one of these nasty viruses or tended loved ones who had it. It seems to want to linger, so prayers lifted for anyone still fighting it off. 

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Hold on, rest, hydrate and soon you will be back on your feet. 

Our weekend is blissfully free of entries on the calendar so we will refresh and enter into the last week of February with renewed hearts and strength.
