Have mercy…where did it go?

When I started this blog it was a way to express what it felt like to be in the next phase of life. We were “empty nesters” who were refeathering for the next generation.

Well…here we are…

and I am not sure how it happened so fast but I know it went by in moments.

Moments in the car, moments getting settled for naps and bedtimes and getting snacks and meals out. Moments on vacations and moments picking up from school.

Moments reading stories and going to the zoo, moments watching Mickey’s Club House and moments watching Dude Perfect.

Sitting on the sidelines, in the bleachers, and now in the passenger seat we shall be…

as he steps deeper along his journey, we are blessed to still walk alongside and we are grateful for the way he is now helping us when we need it.

So here’s to you GDawg…happy 15th.
