Some fun summer reading for the littles in your life <3

While I sit around talking and thinking about books I would like to write, two friends have actually just done the thing.

And they are fan favorites here at Lola/Papi’s house. We even cart them up north to help expand the reading choices when we visit.

This is the true story of how Donna was gifted a rescue horse by her husband, Gene. Gene and Russ were long time colleagues and friends through ADM and we are just delighted with this sweet story.

Our little ones especially love trying to figure out who the various horses are. It has been a fun and repeated read.

I particularly love how this little horse who was mistreated, learned to trust someone with a kind heart. A lovely story of redemption and restoration.
